Every effort is made to ship your hat within 48 hours of receipt Monday thru Friday, pending availability (we generally ship even faster). You’ll be notified if merchandise is currently unavailable and when we expect to be able to ship.
Please note that items ordered together may ship separately from different locations. You must include a complete street address in order to use Expedited Services (3 Day, 2 Day, or Next Day Service – Expedited Services are not available for PO Boxes). PO Box and APO/FPO addresses will be sent via USPS Priority Mail when possible.
We offer free shipping on orders over $60, and for orders under $60 we have flat shipping $4.85.
If a single hat is ordered with an expedited shipping option (Next day, 2nd Day or 3 Day) and we are unable to ship the hat immediately due to availability, the backordered hat will be shipped out with FedEx and USPS ground service upon its arrival and you will be charged accordingly.
If multiple hats are ordered with an expedited shipping option (next-day, second-day, or three-day), and we are unable to ship the order complete, the back ordered hats will be shipped free of charge via regular ground when they arrive.
